Refund on ps5
Given this game is shocking by any means when or how can we go about getting a refund.

PlayStation store. I’m well aware of the PS store policy for refunds but given this miss sold mess and it is a mess on a epic scale I think EA should encourage or authorise Sony to refunds us.
It’s no wonder they kept everything under wraps for so long.
They would have been better doing a longer delay than putting it out in this state.
Some people are comparing it to the BF4 launch but at least with that game we could see a good end product and I was prepared to wait but this mess I’m gobsmacked tbh.- @digga11 You will need to plead your case in live chat with Sony. They have become the most anti consumer company for gamers imo. Good luck with them but it can be done. Just be nice and civil.
@digga11 Soon as you download a released game on Playstation you can't get a refund unless the game is 100% broken like cyberpunk < their one exception.
I intend to pal and I get your point about Sony that’s the reason for my post.
I honestly think EA should have put their cards on the table with this one tbh.
The gaming press are going to have a field day on a cyberpunk scale with this tbh.This game is broken and very much unplayable for a very large amount of the gaming community to be fair.
If you check sites like Reddit and Facebook you’ll get the general idea.
I was in two minds after the beta but stupidly thought it cannot be realistically that bad plus being fed the beta was a old build line.
Unless they make massive inroads to the game breaking issues present now never mind the crazy game design issues this game will go down as worst bf yet.
And I bet there’s minimal crossover from the Cod franchise folks, they’re too busy laughing at this carry on.- @digga11 the people who were trying to say its an old build are the ones you want to ignore. Its a blind fanboy who will buy a pile of * from their favorite company and say it smells great! They will then come on forums to defend them instead of playing the game they are supposedly enjoying....they are a funny creature...comical.
I’m gobsmacked with how they can get it so completely wrong, some base ideas are good but the implementation of them is so wrong.
Let’s forget the game breaking bugs for now and get to the games problems.where do we start it’s a complete mess.
Stock prices will take a nose dive when trading resumes. Essentially they dodged a big hit with this con job.
Tbh there should be some restrictions put in place to stop joe public being robbed with false advertising.
The gaming industry needs to step up and protect their core customers from this carry on.There should be rules concerning the beta and the product they eventually supply.
This is not what they advertised at all.
