Refund question.

Hi there, Was trying to get some BFC for the pass, though it kept popping up that the transaction was cancelled

and didn't go through on the bottom left. Only to log out and then log back in after finally getting the pass, to now have 2 purchases i didn't think had gone through.

Is it possible to get those 2 purchases of BFC refunded? As i didn't think they worked and had gotten the pass another way.
