Refund

I recently tried to purchase Battlefield points to unlock the battlepass for Battlefield 6.  When I tried with Paypal and my credit card it said "ERROR TRANSACTION CANCELED" and the points did not appear in my account.  I tried a third time and ALL THREE purchase attempts went through.  I did NOT want to spent $120+ on 2042.  I just wanted to unlock the battle pass.  Can I please get a refund on the other 2 purchases?

I tried submitting this through contact us and the submit button does nothing.

    Hi Tis_StarBarf,

    Sorry to hear that. This is something that EA Help will need to take a look at, as they can access the payment systems and handle refund requests. It's unfortunately not something we can really help with directly here on the forums, as nobody has access to the payment system or accounts for security reasons.

    Since you mentioned that you're having trouble submitting a case, have you tried a different browser or in incognito mode?
