If you bought the game from a third-party then you would need to contact the store who sold it to you directly.

The false advertisement of this game was on par with Cyberpunk 2077, really something for the history books, 2 biggest gaming scams in 2 years in a row.
i do think if you refund the game you should have your stats wiped in order to prevent refunds just so people can come back later and rebuy at a cheaper price and pick up where they left off
@PsubondI'd disagree with that. If they created a bad product, you bought it and played (spent your time on it) and it turns out to be a completely underbaked product that was nearly falsely advertised you should be able to get a refund without the punishment of negating your time. If EA actually fixed the game and made it good (extremely unlikely) and it was put on sale due to the initially extremely poor release that's on them not the individual they tried (and successfully) scamm(ed).

guess we have different ways of looking at it. probably doesn't matter that much if they did or didn't wipe stats if you got a refund if they only allowed refunds within 20ish hours as you wouldn't really have much unlocked by that point. i have over 500 hours, if i got a refund now i think it'd be fair to wipe my stats because obviously i at least somewhat enjoyed the game otherwise why would i play it that much?
**edit** how many hours played and still get a refund with no stat wipe would you think is fair if they just said "everyone who wants one can have a refund"? and what would prevent me from gettin gmy 100 bucks back then rebuying for 35ish bucks?
