I agree to some of those points.
A lot of folks play a Beta and expect a fully polished game. Not even close. They delayed it till November correct? hell I would wait a little longer if I had to. Been playing BF since '42 and the franchise HAS evolved and no it has not been to my liking all of the time but they do have to to stay relevant.
@SyntheticCoyotethe thing with betas these days are that they are basically demos, and not much significant ever changes due to the fact they are released only weeks before a games scheduled drop date. If 2042 is in fact just an old school beta,using an old build, then that is just as worrying seeing as the games is being released next month and there is precious little time to fix/change anything. Baring a bit of graphical polish and UI tweaks, i doubt much will change between now and release day.

'Heroes' was the only one that got tossed in the trash .
The others I could live on as Breakfast Lunch Supper .
I'd still gobble up a 'Play4free' if I saw it on the shelf .
I kind of wish that a 'Heroes' was still around to try too .
Though BF Games do evolve , it seems that I haven't .
I still pay to be confronted by surmountable obstacle(s) .
I've always gotten my moneys worth .
(even if 'Heroes' was too-sweet)
