REMOVE 20mm Flak from Light transport!!!

Namely LATV and hovercraft, this is stupid, 4 flak cannon camping at the back spamming in breakthrough, sick of it just in one round. Who thought this is a good idea? It's mainly about suppress infa...

@loveubf The LATV 20mm flack has a really short range and is a good counter to nightbirds but can still lose 1v1 engagements, it's quite nice where it is.
