Todays patch makes the drone easier to see and hit.
Here is a compilation of me dealing with 5 drones pre patch. Even pre patch, I blame the rest of the team for deciding to ignore the enemy drones unless they buzz right on their face.
If you think that tanks are not in a good place, you should be asking for buffs to the tanks (such as making them faster at accelerating and turning their turrets to better accommodate aggressive tanking) instead of using the current tanks as a reference point from which anything that is a threat to them needs to be nerfed.
I am all in for the changes that made the drones easier to stop once detected or to make the tanks faster, but removing the ability to put c5 on them just reduces the depth of the gameplay, which does against the Battlefield moment marketing of the game

@N3tRunn3rbecause of the patch today, I decided to treat any previous experience with the drones as outdated until I see for myself this afternoon.
I am not sure how DICE can program a weight limit on a drone.
I am still more annoyed from having my tank blown by M5 and especially Magical anti armor grenade spam than a drone with C5 here. At least that guy commited to just one thing instead of pulling out a counter at the drop of a hat between doing other things

I know its frustrating when you cant get 95 kill matches anymore with a sniper tank like in BF V.
There is so so many vehicles and their respawn time is far too short so its only good to have the option of taking them out effectively. In this game the infantry is the underdog anyway.
And C5 is and supposed to be an effective explosive.
I havent destroyed any tank with C5, once tried to use C5 drone but didnt manage. Once i died in a C5 when i was in a tank and too close to the containers and that was my own fault, dont go close to containers you are a easy target to put C5
- @aksur83 It has nothing to do with "getting 95 kills sniping" I don't Chi snipe in a tank.
I play aggresive. I'd have better luck sniping because I'd be out of the range of the drones. But playing aggressive your right there close and able to be removed by a drone and C5. Which is stupid.
