Remove weapon spread.

Question

I think we can all agree that having something like 'weapon spread' in an FPS game is honestly idiotic. It's taking a skill based matchup, a gunfight that should be decided by better aim and recoil control by the player. Introducing weapon spread to this mix does nothing more than turn in it into an RNG based match up and who's spread happens to be better that time... This is beyond stupid really enjoy the game but this makes me not want to bother. Why should i when i won't be getting any better for my time invested when all the good aim in the world won't make up for a gun that shoots like a shower head. Please remove spread entirely get it gone.&nbsp;

They won't simply because people are way too bad in this game. Just think for yourself - They removed scoreboard and any kind of stats from the game except for end of the round bs where people with a couple of revives are shown as heroes. They removed all chat because they don't want people from the other team telling you that you're trash when going 2/18 and camping all the time. And they added this insane weapon spread to stop good players from stomping your average joes into dust.

BF5 was a good example of this. There, good players went on an absolute rampage and shredded enemies into pieces, and there was nothing that could be done to stop them because they were good (And rightfully so if you invest time into learning how to play).

I really hope they change the gunplay here to resemble BF5, but I don't hold your breath.

@UP_LordPlumber At least the kept the bad "netcode" from BFV the TTD issue is still very much alive in 2042...

@jordangidman I’ve just played for three hours , with players and some a few games with bots . Gunplay is awful , it’s called weapon random bloom . Bullets fly however they wants )))) this is battlefield 2042 💪

@cso7777 Yeah I love when I start shooting someone then just die immediately without hearing a shot. I am so happy they kept the TTD bug in the game it is super fun!
