Repair system should only fix broken parts
and it shouldn't grant 20 HP on top. It is one of the reason why vehicles especially helicopters are so powerful.

@Trokey66 I think you're mistaken here. I am not talking about the repair tool, but the repair system ( vehicle perk) which instantly repairs all damaged parts and adds around 20 HP.
What I've noticed recently that fo example the steahl helicoper and heal itself up so quicky to almost full health when I just shoot it down to around 10 HP with Jet MG strafe.
THe repair system should not grant or repair any HP which would force people to use teamwork more.
