Report of Cheating in Battlefield 2042

1 pt

Dear EA Play

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a serious issue that has been affecting my gaming experience in Battlefield 2042. Recently, I have encountered a player who goes by the username "wuyouaihecha" and consistently engages in unfair gameplay through the use of cheats.

[Removed] has been blatantly violating the rules of fair play by employing various hacks and cheats within the game. These include but are not limited to aimbots, wallhacks, and other forms of unfair advantage that significantly disrupt the balance and integrity of the gameplay environment. As a result, legitimate players like myself are unable to enjoy the game as intended.

Despite repeated attempts to report this player through the in-game reporting system, it appears that no action has been taken against them. This not only undermines the credibility of the reporting system but also creates a hostile and unfair gaming environment for all participants.

I urge you to take immediate and decisive action against [Removed] to uphold the integrity of Battlefield 2042 and ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. This may include but is not limited to temporary or permanent bans from the game, as deemed appropriate by your moderation team.

Furthermore, I implore you to strengthen your anti-cheat measures and improve the effectiveness of your reporting system to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Fair play and sportsmanship are fundamental aspects of online gaming, and it is crucial that steps are taken to deter and penalize those who seek to undermine these principles.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary actions to address this issue promptly and maintain a positive gaming environment for all players.

Sincerely,

alpharium-blade

  • @wooziewu I'm sorry bur naming and shaming is not allowed on these boards. Neither does anybody here hold any power to address cheaters. I do feel your frustration though as we all want a fair game.

Best is to report the player via in-game methods:

You can report players through the Squad and Players list or through the Social screen in-game.

You can also Block players if you no longer want to be in Squads with them, see them in text chat, or hear them in voice chat.

The easiest way to report or block someone is through the Squad and Players list.

    1. Open the Pause menu.
    2. Choose Squad and Players.
    3. Select the player’s name on the list.
    4. Choose More.
    5. If you want to block the player, select Block and then confirm when you’re asked to. Blocked players are also muted for you in voice and text chat.
    6. If you want to report them, select Report.
    7. Select the option that matches what you need to report.
    8. Add information about what you’re reporting into the box and then select Send Report.

Alternatively if in-game reporting isn't available or you need to report something that happened online, you can give us the details right here on EA Help.

    1. On the EA Help homepage, type the title of your game or product into the search bar.
    2. Choose your game from the search results.
    3. Find I want to report another player by using the search bar.
    4. Select Email us.
    5. Fill in the webform and select Next.
    6. Include the name of the player you want to report and explain why you’re reporting them in as much detail as you can.
    7. Select Send and we’ll take it from there.
  • Hi @wooziewu It's best not to identify players you suspect are cheating here on the forums. This is against the forum rules as name and shame is not allowed. I have removed the name from your post as well as the attachment on this occasion.

If you want to report someone you suspect is cheating, the steps shared above by @RanzigeRidder2 are the best way as the report will be seen by the appropriate team at EA.
