REPUDIATION NOTE – UNFAIR BAN BY EA GAMES

I hereby express my complete repudiation of Electronic Arts (EA Games) for the undue and unjustifiable ban on my Battlefield account, based on a false accusation of cheating.

I would like to reiterate that I have never used any type of cheat, exploit or external software. I have always played cleanly, respecting the rules and guidelines of the community. However, I was surprised by an arbitrary ban, without any presentation of concrete evidence by the company.

Since then, I have been trying to contest the decision. However, EA's responses have been automatic, generic and evasive, always claiming an "in-depth analysis", but without transparency and without presenting any evidence to justify the punishment. This clearly constitutes a denial of my right to defense and a serious lack of respect for the consumer.

More than 200 hours of dedication were lost, all of which were discarded by a unilateral decision without clear criteria. EA, in this case, shows itself to be a company that does not respect its loyal players and completely ignores the damage caused by its own mistakes.

This is a warning to everyone who intends to purchase EA games, especially the Battlefield franchise. Many players are being unfairly banned, even before they start the game, according to reports available on the official EA forums and in Steam reviews. The company's banning policy is flawed.
