Revert ammo count change for underbarrel GL/smoke/incendiary (not SPH)

Hi. This was not listed in the changelog (only for the other grenades and launchers etc), but the ammo count for underbarrel 40mm GL / incendiary / smoke got reduced. Doing this because of 1 "small"...

@JWGrasli Agree and on that small map you mention - here they all use Irish sentinel anyway so I dont see the point. Agree - revert to how it was before !
