If they are going to reduce the ammo count as they have, then they should at least restore the 40mm HE to its previous strength. Right now it's essentially useless. I used to use UBGLs all the time before this change and regularly got kills with the HE past cover, which is its entire purpose. Now you have to pretty much land a direct hit on someone to even inflict any meaningful damage on them, in which case 90% of the time you are better off just shooting them instead. I can occasionally still get kills with the LVG, but it feels like it was nerfed somehow too, at least not as much as the HE.

Sentinel works great yes (thats good!) and removes probably 70% of the 40mm shots anyway, yet another point to why the ammo count change was unneeded. Revert ammo please DICE!
Yes I know the power was changed/reduced a good while back early this year, however I think its fine and balanced now. Maybe ever so slightly bigger kill radius wouldnt hurt but I think its fine. Ammo on the other hand right now, no..

Honestly such a bizarre decision. UBGLs weren't even bad or disruptive before the nerfs. I rarely saw many people using them, I'd regularly be the only person in the whole server using one as far as I could tell. They aren't exactly easy to use and have significant opportunity cost on top of that so it makes sense that many players simply wouldn't use them at all (less reason to use them now). Now you just have to be support and drop ammo crates for yourself to reload, which makes the nerfs even more stupid since nothing really changed except needing a pocket ammo resupply to drag around with you.

But imo the whole underbarrel being basically available on almost all weapons was a mistake anyway so is the implementation of the plus system. Especially considering you can throw like 3 types of underbarrels onto your weapon which is dumb as hell, the plus system isn't very well thought out to begin with with the ammo types plus the underbarrel issue. While the SCAR has a underbarrel as default it all makes zero sense.
I never got used to using them I find it very finicky for my playstyle and often the game gets stuck in the wrong mode and I cannot fire my weapon doesn't swap properly. So yeah never touched these things myself.
Think they should simply allow just 1 singular underbarrel in the plus system at a time if they up the ammo count again.
