RNG bulletproof fence on Redacted in the middle of the map why?

When you wanna shoot through it it doesn't work yet an enemy just one shots you. Everyone hates getting shot from random directions and we all know BF2042 is full of it, yet you design a fence that ...

What sector is it near?

    @GrizzGolf It's in the very middle of the map, on the north side by the hospital beds. There is a fence in the south of that room, also a fence on the opposite side of the whole middle complex but there is no way to get behind that one.
