Same Players Getting the Same Vehicle Every Time

As stated. Noticing a pattern on those who go on massive killstreaks with vehicles. No matter what, they always get the vehicle they want. Helo or tank. Nobody will beat them to it. They will always ...

@Moab23 Sometimes they just sit in the spawn screen waiting for the cool down timer on the vehicle it’s usually about 20-30 secs after the cool down the vehicle spawns again.

But I agree for all fairness a 2/3 min cool-down
