Please fix your servers. Trying to make a quick edit to my mod and it is not saving the experience.

Is this a new thing? I tried using the rule editor for the first time today and had this issue. Then i see weeks old reddit posts about this issue...
Has it been like this for weeks now? Or does it come and go?
Just started happening again yesterday. Hopefully due to code/server updates. Very discouraging for user, especially new users.
