I'm looking forward to seeing what season 2 unlock's will be as I really enjoyed unlocking everything in season 1 and the weekly missions to get points are really exciting as it puts player's to use different guns classes to get the mission's completed.What's everyone's thoughts on what will be in season 2 unlock's ? and what things are you hoping there will be to unlock? I'm hoping EA/Dice bring a more powerful scope for the sniper's as the 40× scope like there was in BF4 and I would like to see more Purple, Gold camo's for guns and in the future I would like to see bigger maps like they was in BF4 as they was brilliant for using sniper's but I hope Battlefield 2042 gets so more bigger maps but I would like to say EA/DICE you guys have done a brilliant job so far will all the new stuff, you guys have made the Battlefield 2042 feel like Battlefield again as from the Beta then to when the game first launched Battlefield 2042 did feel alot like Call of duty but now it doesn't feel like Call of duty anymore as all the changes you have made and all the new stuff you have added to the game makes it feel like Battlefield againSeason 2 is gonna be Awesome I can't wait keep up the good work!!!!!!

@Echo6Echo that's just my opinion as I feel EA/DICE have made a lot of improvement's to make Battlefield 2042 to feel like Battlefield again as it did feel like Call of duty in the Beta and when the game first launched but now will all the new stuff and map's etc has made it feel like Battlefield again, but I do hope Battlefield 2042 does add at least 1 or 2 like massive maps for like sniper's for long range sniper's

@JRVolts i'm against it personally. and if you have to get 2k kills to unlock it then that would further incentivize people to sit back in their spawn and pretend to be snipers

With the reintroduction of the Barretta, there is definitely renewed hope for a mega scope (Though, as a mostly non-sniper, I'm sort of on the fence about this one). Higher scopes usually equate to more players hugging the far stretches of the map so the team will need to be careful; Tests have shown that while the community loves the openess BF brings, sometimes maps can feel a little too huge a la Hamada and the like (this was mostly a transport though IIRC).

The trailer showed off the new flash/concussion grenade so it's possible a night vision/IR scope could be added into the mix; would definitely help me see players better.

The colour theme for Prime rewards is purple so I definitely recommend checking that out if you can. A few late battlepass rewards are pruple and I think I saw some gold(ish) items in the store so it's probably going to be a theme rolling forward. Pretty much everyone loves shiny gold lol, makes things easy.

I agree, they've made a lot of improvements. I 100% agree with your opinion. It's just my view that as long as we have people running, jumping, sliding and destroying people with one/two characters, using one/two guns like they are supers, it's going to be something else for me. Jumping, mantling, sliding and proneing used to come with penalties in BF. Bunny hopping around a corner wasn't something in high use in BF because of those penalties. I personally, think it makes the game too much like something else.

@JRVolts Couldnt agree with you more. I remember the beta and told my friend if you enjoy cod then you'll enjoy the new bf. But it just seamed to me, to miss the core battlefield feeling. But over these past couple of weeks its truly coming back to the battlefield i remember and loved. I imagine for season 2 there will be a lot more weapon skins. New knifes.
Im hoping there will be new snipers, and longer range scopes, hopefully they do a scope with changeable zoom to flick from say 20x to 40x

@gruddzy_e2rb9i1 I really hope EA/Dice do 1-2 massive maps in conquest and all game modes just for sniper's as the only thing I feel Battlefield 2042 is missing is like a 20x and 40x scope and it's missing a massive maps like there was BF4 as long Range snipering in BF4 was so amazing feeling when you got a headshot kill across the map so I really hope EA/Dice adds at least 1 or 2 massive maps and hope they add 20x and 40x scope for sniper

@JRVolts i hope they don't add those scopes. hourglass will be completely unplayable. breakthrough matches will either not make it past first objectives or will be a steam roll depending on which team has the most people hiding in their spawn.

@Prof3ss0r_M1k3 Maybe they could add 20x - 40x scope but like if they did it so you have to get like 2 thousands kill's with the sniper's to unlock the 20x - 40x scopes those who use sniper's but maybe they could do like a special attachment for every single gun if you get like 2 thousands kill's the you unlock the special attachment as them all players will use different guns all the time
