From Temporyal via Twitter. Season 3 will be 14 weeks long versus the last two 12 week long seasons.
Yeah, doesn't really bother me too much either (even though I haven't had a problem T-1ing the seasons to date) just thought everybody might like to know.
I am a little nervous about Season 3 being longer only because the player count falls off so much at the end of each season.

Awfully long time for a season imo.. Especially with just one new map, a couple remixes and a threadbare battlepass.
So we're looking at early March, probably the 7th for season 4
Couple take aways from this.
1. Longer the better I would think, gives people a longer opportunity to unlock everything.
2. Given the time of the year it is dropping. They could be making it longer for the holiday season..
