@OGCarnage Slowing the clip down to 0.25 speed and it looks like most of your bullets are miss, your red dot is never on the enemy while shooting.
If I'm not mistaken, the blue hitmarker means they have a plate giving them more health in body shots.

- @ugdpy Thanks for replying and taking your time to review the video and giving me your analysis. That being said, okay, I am missing "some" shots, where does bullet bloom come into effect and why isn't this player downed quicker or why aren't my shots leading to where I'm exactly aiming at, the head once again? The shots are going all in the neck/head region, let alone the bullets are being spray and aimed through the fence/tarp.
Note also, that I'm literally less than 10-15 M away from that target, anyone would at that range 1 should die, 2, all shots should be hit, and 3 which are all my opinions of course, Almost EVERY player would be ads and going fully auto on a target that effing close dude.
I also did see the other player not my intended target killed me, but at a distance which is way further than I and the engaged target. All of that messes with TTK and the core of the game in my opinion, I could've downed the target, take the time to replenish health & reload and continued. But that theory is stopped by, bullet projection, bloom & register. Thanks also KINDLY once again for your input!
