Sending Out Random Surveys

Does anyone know why these surveys that are going for beta out are seemingly randomized to people? Couldn’t that possible slant the results of the survey and make it convey feedback to one side or he...

Think it's possibly being sent out in stages. I got mine but quite a few people I know who played the beta are still waiting.

I haven't got any either, and i've regulary checked the spam folder as well.
