Server Browser

So have we heard weather or not we are getting a server browser. I know since they have announced Portal we have just assumed that means we get a server browser. But 15 mins trying to get a game in Star Wars Battlefront reminded me of how fond EA is of removing server browsers from their games... Titanfall..

So am I just being paranoid, I mean you can't have portal without a server browser, or can you ??? Has there been any conformation from the Dev's or are we just assuming there will be one.

My guess is there'll be a server browser for Portal but skill based matchmaking for DICE official servers in the main game.
I base this on what DICE tried to do in BFV with skill based matchmaking, but pulled the plug on it early because it wasn't working good. It was putting players in empty servers.
A server browser doesn't work with SBMM because it can be used as a way to bypass SBMM and team stack public servers.
I'm worried though because DICE has a horrible track record when it comes to their matchmaking systems.
