Server stability issues - 2/3 times per match

I've been playing quite a lot and I've noticed that the last 24/48 hours or so the servers I get put on tend to rubberband about 2/3 times a match. It's not for long (around 5-15 seconds), but it is very noticeable.

I did not see this added to the Known Issues section, nor was it anywhere on Twitter, but I personally think it does merit some priority as it seems to increase in frequency now. It used to be every odd match, but now it seems to be every match has a rubberbanding session.
