@benjium Thanks, I have tried Sundance too, which was fun to play with.
I have always played aggressive, no matter what weapon I use, assault, sniper or shotgun, already have that mindset. I also slide alot to close the distance between me and my enemies.
I mainly run MCS-880 and I haven't notice much of a change between the ammo types, tried slug which for me underperform, so if you want to use more of a "ranged" shogun, lever action shotgun is the way to go.
Other than that, buckshot #4 which has faster reload and fire rate but worst range, is good start if you get it unlocked.

@nemij awesome :D i do really want the unlocks for the shotgun to slightly increase its usability but since the updates and other weapons being balanced the shot guns for me are well out of sync from the rest ☹️ i do switch back to them now and then but ive swayed to using assault rifles and snipers untill the shotguns get some QOL changes 🙂
but awesome to you for playing aggressive and doing good with the shotguns at this time in the game :D its defo hard at the moment and if you can work them good job duuude :D
