Should admins unite to create permanent ban lists?

Hackers/cheaters can never be avoided.  And we have high hopes that EA will take it more serious than in the past.  But we need to see tangible evidence like public announcements on permanent banned ...

@CyberDyme I'm not sure you'll be able to ban players that aren't on your server but I was thinking about this and it'd be really neat. Especially my region (Asia), we know the names of a lot of blatant cheaters and this proactive approach to "anti-cheat" would be really helpful.
