1. Yes, there is glare in the game. It is not currently known which scopes will have it or to what extent.
2. Apparently, zeroing settings were available in the Technical Playtest but not in the Beta? I am not certain of this as I did not check for that setting in game... however I am confident setting zero will be possible in Battlefield 2042, yes.
