sniper rifle killing a tank????

had a team at orbital that was camping the neck of A1 with a team of 50cal snipers and AT mines / Rockets. it took almost the entire round to flush them completely out and kill them. I was beyond frustrated, but it was just a good tactic within the given mechanics. I hated it, but it was pretty damn good. imo, lower sniper dmg to tanks, and instead increase the likihood it'll disable a part, IE slow down turret or driving tracs. There are nearly constant posts about people complaining about mechanics because they actually use teamwork and skill. does it suck to be the receiving end of that, yea for sure. should it be nerfed or banned, no.
