@DaRougaroux I've been running the first LMG for a bit now and having no real issues. Buuuuut...I've gone through the pain of unlocking a lot of stuff. And it was indeed painful and frustrating. So now I have a kit on it that breaks the recoil, gives me a comfortable site, is excellent in CQC, and overall suts my playstyle. The same thing with the M5. It was brutal until I unlocked what I needed.
That's the issue to me. The SMGs and DMRs own right out of the box. Other weapons can get there, but you have to go through a painful mastery grind to unlock what you need.
