Clear to see it was release too early. Late February onwards would’ve probs been better for them and definitely us players.
No campaign is typical battlefield, solo AI play is original BF and a lot better than a campaign, you can customize your load out and check out the maps in detail. The Portal is a great idea, you can create your own game, sick as, sure there are a few bugs but it's only been out a couple of weeks and they are already on the 3rd patch, i think this is the best BF since BF2. If you like campaigns so much maybe you should play COD, good to see dice is back to traditional BF.
Nearby player list in downed state is completely broken. I don't think anybody tested this.
Certainly feels like it and calling all the missing basic features from prior games "legacy features" is insulting.
EA/DICE should be embarrassed by this product
- @theCrazyOnes Deleate your setting folder in MYdocuments BF2042 . It seams they have changed to much stuff , so you will have to redo your setting , sensitivity , keymapping etc.. but when you do that it work
You can rename your old setting and keep them in case , but i did that and it work fine

- @Fullontoast I agree I am getting BF2 vibes from the game.
An Alpha, how rude, go smoke some cones, sounds like you need an attitude adjustment, lol
I too have called this game an alpha or beta because it's just lacking so many BF LEGACY features it's unreal how small of a game this feels. It's moved away from a War Sim and became an arcade game.
