@TankerFlanker So they can redeem the code and then what? If there is nothing live to connect to, because the Beta is not live, I do not see why this is a big deal...

Except for the poor communication as you mentioned.

    Guessing the beta was supposed to be happening right now but they ~~didn't bother~~ forgot to communicate the delay to their distribution partners.

  @TankerFlanker Unless you're still playing on 56k I am sure you will be able to preload in time. This is a non issue.

    @infantrypeasant Sometimes i wonder if im on 56k to be honest, I'm on 5G broadband. Sometimes its terrible lmao

  But historically then EA do not open for pre-load until 1-2 days before any of their go-live dates (both beta and final release products).
  Should still be ample time though, if you setup your rig/console to auto download, so you will be ready to go from the first minute of go-live and be among the first soldiers to put the boots on the ground in no-pats land! 😎
