So quickscope is gone? Why?
The only annoying thing with snipers is the camping ones, why the * did they remove quick scoping in close quarter? Been playing with my friends since Bad company 2, but now this franchise is dead ...

I am not a run and gun sort of player. Never have been and never will be. I dont turn the tide of a round or any round by my gameplay. I get a few kills get killed a lot and yet still played the game because it was giving me what I wanted out of the game until......
I loved the NTW. It got nerfed to the point that I couldnt play my concealed and somewhat distanced style of play. Now I had to be close enough that I could practically shake hands with my intended target. If I got a shot off I was lucky and truly blessed if I got a hit and a kill. In the meantime, I knew that if I missed I was dead and looking even more stupid than usual. The opposition no longer fears me as they can see my glint in the distance and can safely ignore me. Now that snipers have to be tucked into the pocket of their target the fun has really been sucked out along with any sort or semblance of realism.
Dice. Just remove the rifle and be done with it. Force everyone to use the same run and gun weaponry, force all players to compete in the arena of CQC. Dont allow for any sort of variety or that disdained death from a distance as we know that the vast majority of the aim assist players cant and wont stand for being killed by a stationary and "camping" lowlife. Battlefield 2042 has shown that they will only cater to those that subscribe to complete mayhem in a small area that only allows for mega kills from non-tactical, unrealistic bunny play.
Could be the reason that I gave up on this game a long time ago with only the odd visit to confirm that this game is still circling the the porcelain bowl.
@CascadiaSRL Unfortunately Dice nerf of the NTW-50 was "Guilt by association", as I can't find even one forum thread where any player was asking for the NTW-50 to be nerfed for the third time, let alone once...
Dice seems to not understand the chaos it creates by destroying certain guns and items in game via nerfs inside a year old game, in which many players have found a lovable playstyle in which now gets destroyed via random and not very logical reasoning.
In the end, no players join the game because the NTW-50 was nerfed into oblivion, but a certain percentage will leave the game over such an unnecessary change. Where is the logic???
