I'm not sure Dice fully appreciate the depth of ill feeling towards 2042 in the community.
It's not just another, business as usual, bad launch of a battlefield game. I detect a sense where seeing that as business as usual is an idea that many have lost patience for.
The many missing core features, and the glacial pace of restoring them, don't give anyone faith that the next game will be any better.
How could it?
Taking two goes to get the scoreboard right does not give the impression of a competent studio, hurrying to meet its customers expectations.
We are told lessons have been learned.
But words are cheap and, sadly, Dices doesn't carry any weight anymore.
Lets see some action. Some urgency to meet the reasonable demands of your customers.
As opposed to....*waves at how fast things are happening now*...whatever this is.
