- R1ckyDaMan194 years agoSeasoned Ace@aquaticwriter34 No, you can sign up to the ea community playtest website anytime in order to put your name in the hat for tests.
If you are not registered on that website it makes it very vary unlikely that you will get invited to tests.- 4 years ago

You can sign up on the site and select games you are interested in on the EA Playtesting site. Some people do in fact get the invitation site link but the first step for everyone to include the ones who received the link is to sign up on the general site and state which potential game playtests you are interested in.

A true Veteran is not going to come on here and say i was because there is a NDA and been honest, if yous where a true fan to DICE a NDA would not have to be in place yous would still say not a word

EA only needed and wanted a few thousand players signed up for the technical playtest.
Globally EA have hundreds of thousands of players that have bought every single BF game and more from EA. And most of them having played many thousands of hours of BF gameplay. So it was more down to an unfortunately pull in the lottery on who got one of the final few invites or not.
A lot of well meaning and deserving fans out there with veteran status that did not. Unfortunate and nothing personal.
Suggest we just buckle up and move on. The open beta is just a few days away and we are all invited!
