I'll be playing on Series X and can stomach playing with Playstation but I'll be turning off cross-play with the dirty PC master race 👿 Seriously though after remembering getting destroyed in Shado...

All depends on how many AI bots i'd be playing against in PS5 only servers. If constantly in full human servers then i'd have no need for cross play. If however, especially over time, i find im playing against dozens of bots, i'd give cross play a go.
At the moment I'm planning to leave it on so I can play with friends on other platforms.
@LordVader666 Just to mention it for charity's sake - if you turn off crossplay you won't be able to play against PlayStation users either. It's an all-or-nothing system.

as a pc player, I might turn it off if autoaim is too good.
i've been watching various games being played lately and man the autoaim in some is unbelievable. Devs can and do over compensate with the autoaim.
@trip1ex Might want to play a console game before comment like that after some Youtuber... Aim Assist doesn't aim for you nor lock on target for you we leave the aimbots to PC players. All aim assist does is slow down your aim on target go watch TheExclusiveAce on what it does.
@LordVader666 Its a money thing PC titles tend to die off in months where as on console years, still can get decent Blackout games on Xbox 2 years later... tired of paying to play online to face PC players, I've done my PC MP time and don't want to go back so would hope devs stop pushing it on me.
I'm turning crosspay off. If I wanted to play against PC cheaters, then I would buy a PC. I don't see the point of buying a console to play against PC cheaters. Unless you have friends on PC and are willing to put up with the cheaters.
EA's anti-cheat track record for Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V is so horrible that I'm switching to console. I've lost all confidence in EA. They should have switched to BattlEye or Easy-Anticheat years ago. It's been a complete hack fest on PC for over 5 year now!
Can't wait do do Easter Egg Hunting in Battlefield 2042 with all my friends across different platforms 🙌
