there are a lot of things that I would like to discuss more but I think that the part that I really did not like was the suggestion to remove the APS from TOR with the justification that it makes camping easy.
Camping is not the optimal way to use the TOR and losing the APS would just discourage more aggressive playing because what is that people do when they feel vulnerable, they play it safe and hide.

Thing seems to turn slower than any other tracked vehicle in the game, even the giant mobile brick seems faster at turning.
I found the mental image of a MAV outturning the Bolte to be far too hilarious.
In general, I find these ideas interesting. They would be good candidates for a CTE testing.... IF WE HAD ONE.
