Someone actually Coded a P.I.P. in portal for aircraft crosshairs

@ATFGunrI think he added it to the advanced server script stuff. I do not think he modded the client in any way, that would had caused EAC to react.

@rainkloudI have a strong suspicion that the culprit is some performance issue too.

It is weird though. a PIP is such a basic gameplay element that I have already seen it existing on one of the original PS1 games called Air Combat (Ace combat 1)
