Spawn beacon, tugs and sensor ball make no sound why?

T-UGS makes a noise and even 3D localization is pretty good and I often find them by sound and not visually. They are not an issue.

But I agree that spawn beacons definitely don't make a sound and this should be fixed. But as this is the case for quite some time my guess is that this was intentional to remove sounds from beacons.
