I place mine behind the biggest tree or rock I can find and have that behind me, so they get at least some protection.
But of course with the ridiculously screwed up Net code in this game that doesn't always help, dying when established FAR behind cover. Getting headshots when I wasn't even close. If they want to make these sorts of small player count CQC modes work, they have to fix it.
And by the way, the spawns in this game need more than "Some" attention, they need completely re-thinking.
Remember the good old days when you had a few seconds spawn protection, so you could at least get to some cover before the whole opposing squad you just spawned in front of mowed you down ?
