@Man_iLoveFishingIndeed teamwork is better , me and my squads have much more teamplay opportunities that feel our needs and i dont end up with a full squads of useless recons camping miles away from objectives or support guy camping with a lmg and mortar .. or an assault who only take medic classe to get an AR ACE23 OR AEK ...
ALSO dare to say to me repair tools and anti vehicles was of any use in metro or operation.lockers maps ? They were not serving any purpose yet 50% of the poeoples took.enginerr just to have carbines wich are great cqc weapons

there is some sense in playing anyone and the sense of team play in these games ...

By that argument the specialist system also never promoted team player and is trash and should be consigned to the bin too.

The only team work oriented games i ever got was with SCRIM private servers where the entire team were clanmates or friends .. And with my squads .. thats all

I partly agree. Public servers have always been terrible regarding teamplay classes or not. But I have always managed to find a favorite clan server or been an admin on one with a mixed collection of players who kept joining and played BF as it should.
I have also played every BF game except BF2142, BC1 and Hardline
Clan servers can now be replaced by discord and community games/servers/experiences. And they are both free.
team play with friends is as possible now as ever.
team play with randoms was never very good, but is worse now because of how the matchmaking works and no ingame voice chat. Until that is fixed we need to start our game sessions on a discord server. The official one got all you need, if you really want. Or start a new server with a friend or two.
If all of us in these forums practiced the team play we talk about, maybe more will follow and the overall experience will improve. Lead by example, as they say.
I actually dont mind it. I still play medic anyways with my AR and call it good.
