NO proper VOIP across the team , No proper command structure and chanel to organise and communicate to break the " Squad individualism " we see to often in BF since BF3 and so on and on ..
Having 4 player squad in a team of 12 vs 12 like BFBC1 was " okish " because we were at least 1/3 of the team and in BFBC2 you were 1/4 iof the team wich was also okish at best .. With BF3 64 players it already became a problemand having weird squads of 5 in BF4 did not solve anything .. and now in BF2042 we end up being 1/16 of the entire team wich is ridiculous and lead to unorganized mess and this isnt the specialist or the free loadout fault .. Its a long lasting issue in BF series build around " squad individualism " and lack of " belonging " into a team
