specialist gadget should not have cooldown
it is meaningful and not "special" if DICE cancel class, and add a cooldown on specialist's gadget. there was some suggestion and adjustment can be made for better experience on all specialist. 1....

@GVlXxf I think their gadgets like the grapple hook should have a CD (and a much shorter range) however ammo and medic crates should not have a cool down so they act like they did in until BF4. I never understood teamwork gadgets like those having any sort of CD to interrupt teamwork.
