Specialists = Forced Gender & Appearance
So while I am not totally against the specialist system, I do object to the fact I have a “forced gender, and appearance”. Even BFV we could select the gender and generally how my avatar looked… now...

@Buzzfunk If you want to use a certain gadget that's tied to a certain soldier do you have the option to switch male or female? The answer is no. Its is in fact forced because you have no choice. Hence "gender locked". BFV you had a choice one way or the other. This has nothing to do with misandry or being misogynistic. It's all about choice.
