@Spartan_Praetor   2. Easy.
The pros and downsides (apparently the opposite of 'pro' is a banned word on these forums?) of each class is what encourages teamplay and builds familiarity. You don't get this type of balance with specialists that can equip anything; meta builds will become frequent (Example:  Grappling hook, sniper rifle & ammo box), and there's currently no way of telling who has a medpack or ammo box in the current setup.
