It is the "spot assist" that represents the team play part of the activity, not the "spot"
I completely agree with this. At the end of the day, those assists were massively beneficial to you and other people to know where the enemy is. And the XP gains are less than what the score shows, so it isn't like they were flying up the ranking if that even matters.
personally i couldn't care less about the current scoreboard. i'm grinding exp for season 2 badge. whatever gets me exp efficiently is what i'll do
