Squad diserter implementation
I have seen a few posts about the lack of gameplay with randoms in squads. With such large maps, I wonder how simple/hard it would be to incorporate a distance-based alert that gives the squad leade...

@S1l3ntD3ath1 I hope you pay more attention in game than you did to this thread. This whole thing started as a way for ppl to have more power over the way they play, not dictate. The Squad options were to provide something that stopped players THAT OPTED into squads not being a team player.
Being someone that advocates squadding up and also riding coattails of active veterans, you would think you could see the benefit in team play.
It is amazing how many of you are hung up on the idea of being given squad orders....a foundation of the BF franchise.

@R00zilla I have a solution.
Leave the server and join a new one.
I do that all the time when the squad leader is constantly trying to cap the wrong objective at the wrong time, same when they try bad mouthing in chat cos they keep dying and not getting ressed etc.
Squad up with buddies or deal with pubs, it's a really simple choice.

- @R1ckyDaMan19 That is a current solution that obviously works, but not ideal.
I honestly don't have an issue as I play with mates or "platoon" members majority of the time. I thought it could be interesting to get some heads together in here and see if there was a completely left-field way to achieve something goal-oriented. I see that this may not be the place as the cognitive processes run shallow here it seems.@R00zillaThey can add squad score back for following orders.
Punishing players will lead to trolling, and not the good natured banter type.
BFV actually dealt with this rather well, just a shame the getting promoted to squad leader got abused, maybe reintroduce the BFV squad system but without the constant hussle to be squad leader.- @R1ckyDaMan19 This is a tricky one. Mutiny style options may also lead to an abused system.
There would have to be parameters set that only engage when blatant lone-wolfing after opting into a squad, and squad orders are given. Punishments wouldn't be something always available to a squad leader.
