Along with the map tools, if you are chatting with squad mates, you should be able to know where they are at most of the time. Seems like a general squad chat channel should work.
Squad chat will be a default but with team I mean other squads nearby if audio chat with proximity audio obviously there can a mute option but I'm thinking two squad for players not known together not using the likes of discord but basically suggest better team aid for ammo and revive plus spotting coordination to aid those nearby
