Stat-padding servers in Portal, and no leaderboards. Why?

Every time I check out the servers in Portal, I see players hosting no-kill servers just flying around in choppers farming 50k XP points per game. I thought I would do some community service and repo...

@SilverJackal96 The only servers that are restricted are the ones where you change the rule set. The reason why PVE servers are capped is because of farming. Don't be mad because somebody found a workaround.

@hexagram86 That is such a lie, and it shows.
I challenge you. Go make a server and set it to pvp ai, and leave everything the else the way it is.

Then come back and tell me how it’s not restricted.

And even beyond that. Tell me how these servers that have exp farm in them, but no bots. Yet they are allowed full xp. Like the helicopter server where you just fly from one base to the next (no kills or banned)
Or the emp servers, or the ammo box servers. All allowed full exp, but normal rules battle with only ai back fill is restricted. Same with solo mode.
