I agree that radar missile should be nerfed, and 25mm and 30mm should be buffed.
Personally, I don't want any vehicles to have long range. I want 25mm to be more powerful and overheat faster rather than faster bullet velocity. Helicopters should be able to counter if a heli pilot is much better than a jet pilot.

When you use 25mm against Nightbird, killing the pilot might be easier than destroying it.
