Your best shot for that is probably the official Battlefield Discord channel.

There is many people that play BF a lot, many use a mic too and there are actually some voice chat channels within that Discord which you can join to meet people that are talking.
Just get in touch with people in the community, share infos with each other which platform you are on and if you play with crossplay ect. 😉
