Exactly. If this is a "you're alone, pop flares, switch seat to gunner, and squadmate spawns into pilot seat to be able to use flares" situation then I have a hard time believing this is happening "all the time".
Exactly even as much as I hate the stealth helis there is no need to make up scenarios with them.
This honestly doesn't seem very probable especially as OP poster says " all the time"
If this is happening at all, it is too often. These flying ninja tanks do not need any advantage. The flare cooldown should be tied to the helicopter not the pilot. And, if that isn't possible then all passengers should share the same cooldown timer.
