steam vac ban will it effect

my steam got hack and the hacker cheated on rust so i got a vac ban just want to say that but i was wondering will be able to play on every server on battfield 2042 or will i be kick from the server ...

    @plz_send_help_k You will be able to play Battlefield 2042.

    We welcome all RUST players, VAC ban or not... lol

You will be able to play Battlefield 2042 until EA adds VAC, but usually they use PunkBuster or FairFight.

@IIPrest0nIIYes, but in @plz_send_help_k  case, he/she is asking about Steam VAC, which is game-specific as opposed to account-specific within Steam.

Although, any information about anti-cheat for BF2042 is welcome!

    @carsono311 Their VAC ban won't affect Battlefield 2042 as the game won't use the anti-cheat from Valve. Just wanted to clarify this. Sorry, I wanted to tag OP, but accidentally tagged you 🙂
